What are recommended system settings for listening to audio webcast?
- Internet browser
- Windows Media Player 9 or higher
- Internet connection
- Speakers
I don't have Windows Media Player, how do I get one and how do I install it?
To download Windows Media Player for FREE,
click here
and follow these steps:

In the File Download dialog box, select Save this program to disk, and then click OK.
In the Save As window, save the file to your desktop. Do not change the name of the file.
- Click the Save button not Open.

Depending on the speed of your Internet connection, the download time may vary. Take note of the
file name as you will need to reference the file once download is complete.

Once the download is complete, you are ready to install the player.
Close all applications before proceeding with the player installation.
- Locate the file on your desktop and double-click it to activate the installation.
- If a security warning appears, click Yes to continue installation.
- The program will display an End User License Agreement. Click Yes if you agree to comply.
- Click OK and follow the instructions.
I'm on corporate network and can't get it to work?
If you are on the corporate network, you might want to consult your network administrator if: (a) you are not able to download and install software on your computer, or (b) if you are having problems listening to audio webcast (constant buffering, or can't listen to it at all as your corporate network administrator might not be allowing streaming audio and video)
What do I need to listen to this audio webcast if I use Mac OS?
If you have Mac OS 8.1 thru 9.x make sure you have Windows Media Player 7.1.
